I decided to make paella the other day. The problem was finding a proper paella pan. I finally found one at reading glassware place in Rockville outlets.
Since I am a professional chef I just freestyles the dish. I try all types of seafood and let the magic happen. I realized that I prefer my paella with a little twist. I enjoy mine with lots of garlic, dice tomato, lemon zest, etc..... At the end of the day it is about what you enjoy...
